By completing a purchase with Bryna, you accept the conditions described in this policy. This applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Return Window
Return requests must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and unworn, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once approved, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately after delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for a full refund or exchange, at your discretion.

Restocking Fees
Bryna does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 7 business days to process the refund. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
Discounts and Promotions
All discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were forgotten, missed, or already expired.
